a) What information do you need from me?
1) The content/Text to be used for the background. Your logo and photo, if needed.

b) How long does it take before my background is ready?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of placing your order. During very busy times it can even take upto one week. If you haven't received your order for more than one week, please contact us immediately.

c) How do I upload my image to my account?
Click on settings and then design section. Click change background image. Choose your file and save changes.

d) Can I ask for modifications for my background?
Yes, ofcourse. We offer upto 5 free revisions. On an average, our customers get satisfied after 1st or 2nd revisions.

e) How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we are only accepting payments through Paypal through our online system. However, if you would like to pay through credit card, simply contact us with your name and email. And, we will send you a payment link from 2checkout.com credit card processing service. All the payments are processed with guaranteed security.
